Before
you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following
procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, backup your
important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.
It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so
online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should
be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media.
ZTE Render hard reset
- You
can reset your ZTE device's password: Turn off your phone, then turn it
on. Select emergency dial. Input *983*987# in emergency dial-up pad. It
will restore factory settings and your personal data will be erased
(Note this trick will work on Android devices! try it)
- On the Start screen, tap
. - Tap Settings > about phone.
- Tap reset your phone, and then tap yes.

WARNING: All your personal information and downloaded applications on your phone will be erased after the resetting.
If your phone is not respondig, simply take out battery and reinsert it. Turn on your phone.
